Our premise at InnerSpace is simple: We offer furniture that we want to live with, products and accessories that we want to use and treat customers how we want to be treated.
InnerSpace was born because we felt there was a void in the home furnishings market. Sales seemed more important than the furniture and even customers. We wanted to put quality of build and customers first. At InnerSpace, creating value for our customers drives every decision we make. We offer furniture made to last, with designs that are well crafted using the finest natural materials. We set prices as low as possible and refuse to play the sales game, inflating prices and then holding sales to create a false sense of savings. We do not work on commission, because we do not want our customers to feel pressured to make buying decisions. Ultimately, we make these and many other decisions every day, so our customers can be confident that they are getting the best value.
Our simple formula seems to have struck a chord. Since our launch, we have had the privilege of helping various customers from all walks of life in making their homes beautiful, cozy and extending their expression of their creativity. We attribute InnerSpace's success to the rewarding relationships we have built with our team members, manufacturing partners and customers. Those relationships are based on shared values of honesty, respect, open communication and trust. We have found manufacturing partners who share our belief in quality materials, craftsmanship and design. We have found Design Associates and Retail Associates who has a passion for home furnishings and are committed to service. And we have found loyal customers who continue to shop with us and always challenge us to improve.
Together we have all helped shape InnerSpace, and we hope you continue to feel right at home with us.
